The Pingree Parent Council is a Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) founded in 2000. Made up of parents, caregivers, and teachers, we are dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and helping develop a strong and connected student community.​ The council is designed to provide all members with the opportunity to be involved in school activities, support educational programs for students, and help supplement equipment and supplies as needed.

Our mission is to enrich the school community by placing students at the center of everything we do. We are dedicated to meeting their educational needs by providing the support necessary for a thriving environment for all.
​
We support the Principal and the teachers according to, but not limited to, the Guidelines for Parent Councils set by the Weymouth School Committee and affirmed by them on December 12, 1975. ​
